Money Back Guarantee
Goip International S.A offers an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee on Offshore Hosting, Budget Offshore Hosting, Offshore Computer and Virtual Private Server hosting for any customer who paid their first invoice with a credit card or with PayPal.
There are no refunds on administrative fees, install fees for custom software, domain name purchases or domain name transfers.
Refund requests for Offshore Hosting, Budget Offshore Hosting, Offshore Computer and Virtual Private Servers accounts after the initial 30 days will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time after a valid cancellation is received and is confirmed as received by an employee of Goip International S.A via email.
Customers are always responsible for canceling their previous package(s) when upgrading or downgrading package(s) and must submit written cancellation requests via their billing portal in order for any packages to be canceled. For customers who pay Goip International S.A via PayPal, it is the responsibility of those customers to cancel any subscription for recurring PayPal payments upon cancellation of their account. Goip International S.A (which has no control over PayPal subscription payments) is not responsible for payments made from the customer's PayPal account after cancellation and is under no obligation to refund such payments made after cancellation.
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a full refund and the money back guarantee cannot be used by the same customer multiple times or for multiple accounts.
Violations of any other part of the Terms of Service will waive the refund and money back guarantee policy.
Chargebacks and Disputed Payments
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your service may be suspended without notice. Instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact our billing team to address any billing issues.
